Our Client seeks to appoint a factory Hand / Trainee for a new role they have as a result of continuous growth.
This role would be ideal for a school leaver or for someone interested in a Cabinet Making Apprenticeship.
A licence and car would be most ideal as the start time is 6:30 am.
About the Company
They are an importer and manufacturer of various types of doors and are a family owned & operated business located in Scoresby Victoria.
They are looking to add someone to their team in a full-time position to assist in the manufacturing of our custom doors and cavity units.
This is a great starting position for someone leaving school and looking towards a career in the Joinery/construction sector.
Your Role
You will be working with a motivated and dedicated team. You will need due
diligence, hard work, and adherence to safety, coupled with your ability to work
well within a construction workplace.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- An adherence to OHS practices
- Hand tool/ Power tool experience – Not essential as training can be provided for the right person.
- Using initiative, keeping busy, working unsupervised
- Reliability
- Willing and wanting to learn
- Team player
What you will need to succeed:
To be considered for opportunities candidates must meet the following
minimum criteria:
• Up to date resume
• Ability to work Monday to Thursday 6:30am-3.00pm And Friday 6.30am – 1pm on a reliable & consistent basis
