Job Description Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.

Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.

Process salary adjustments, tax calculations, and superannuation contributions.

Provide timely responses to employee payroll queries.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Prepare and submit payroll reports to the accounting and finance department.





Identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have:

Experience in end-to-end payroll

Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (knowledge of NZ payroll a bonus!)

Proficiency in payroll systems, UKG Ready a bonus!

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong problem solving skills, ability to be involved in suggesting improvements

Strong communication skills for liaising with employees and internal teams.
