* Provide leadership and support across the cluster of schools
* Promote an inclusive culture and practices within the school community
* Develop and support a high quality of teaching and adjustments for students with a disability
* Support teachers to write Personalised Learning Plans
* Lead whole school NCCD processes
* Lead Student Wellbeing Teams to support the social/emotional development of students
* Work as a part of the school's Leadership Team to achieve goals and targets as outlined in the AIP
* Manage human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve goals
