We are seeking a hands-on and customer centric Store Manager to drive the team based in our David Lawrence Myer Bendigo concession stores.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Store Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations within your concession store, responsibilities include customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
- Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion;
- Solid leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
