In this role, you’ll combine your love of tech with hands-on device repairs and customer sales service. Don’t worry if you haven’t fixed phones before – experience is preferred but not necessary, as full on-the-job training will be provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Help Customers with Tech: Assist people with their phones and tablets, recommend accessories, and explain product features in simple terms
- Learn Device Repairs: Carry out screen replacements, battery changes, and other phone & tablet repairs (complete training provided)
- Keep up to date with Technology: Build knowledge of the latest devices and share that excitement with customers
- Sales & Service: Engage with customers to identify their needs, cross-sell products, and process transactions
- Team Contribution: Keep the store organised, tidy, and support your teammates
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech Enthusiasts: Someone who genuinely loves phones, tablets, and gadgets
- Experience:
Sales or repair experience is a bonus but not required
- Curiosity: Eager to learn how things work and develop hands-on skills
- Customer Focused: Friendly, professional, and able to explain solutions clearly
