What we are looking for:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join our Perth based team. In this role, you will support the Procurement & Logistics Manager in sourcing and managing the supply of critical mining consumables and equipment. This is a key position in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven procurement aligned with Drillcube’s operational goals.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on performance, quality, and cost.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors.
- Robust communication skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and supplier performance.
- Proficiency in Pronto ERP (preferable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
