About The Role
In this All‑Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Building rapport with members and guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Assisting members and guests with enquiries and requests.
- Providing drinks service, fixing machine errors and maintaining the gaming floor.
- Working in our housekeeping, bar and gaming area, including TAB and Keno.
- Delivering great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work in smoking areas.
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential.
- Bar and gaming service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
