Student Enrolment Officer – Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services
- Full‑time, fixed term to 26 June 2026 / Position No.
- Salary: $61,677 p.a. plus superannuation
- Location: Dandenong
Chisholm is seeking a Student Enrolment Officer for the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team.

About The Role
As a Student Enrolment Officer, you will interact directly with customers and students in a skilled manner to provide information and assistance. This role is also responsible for providing a positive customer and enrolment experience via multiple channels, including phone, face‑to‑face, email and webchat. You will handle administrative tasks associated with enrolments.
About You
- Relevant qualification at a minimum of post‑secondary level or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven track record in customer service and administrative experience in complex environments.
- High level of attention to detail and proactive customer management.
- Highly motivated with effective self‑management skills, including time management, prioritising, planning and organising work.
