Your Role:

As an OT in our team, you’ll make a meaningful difference through:

- Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest.
- Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions.




- Developing individualized, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions.
- Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings.
- Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence.
- Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
