Role Focus
This prospect works closely with our General Counsel to manage legal, risk and compliance matters delivering pragmatic business focussed solutions.

To be successful to work at NIOA, you are required to possess or have the ability to possess a Baseline Defence Security clearance and Police criminal history check. Fit2work checks will also be conducted.

Role Responsibilities
Perfect for an 8-10+ PAE with strong commercial generalist experience.You will be able to demonstrate commercial outcomes that can link strategy with your practical legal solutions. Your experience could include Projects experience or in a defence supplier environment.As a valued member of the team, you will support both our domestic and international operations and: Lead negotiations Develop commercial strategies Review, advise and draft a wide range of agreements, contracts, solicitation requests, tender responses, and legal documentation Conduct legal risk analysis and develop risk mitigation controls Monitor legislative development and support compliance program, implementation
