Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to maximize sales potential and maintain smooth store operations.
- Lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop a passionate, high‑performing team.
- Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and performance reporting.
- Ensure WHS compliance and a safe work workplace.
Qualifications
- Retail management or leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail.
- Operational knowledge in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, performance reporting.
- Mechanical experience is a bonus, not required.
