Position: Storeperson / Forklift Driver (Full‑time, Permanent). Location: Derrimut, VIC.
About Us
NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure (a division of NEPEAN™) represents iconic brands – Galintel®, Weldlok® and Galserv® which services industries across Civil, Architectural, Mining, Construction and Galvanising.
Duties
- Operate a forklift for pick and pack
- Check, sort and distribute incoming stock
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with specifications, standards, and guidelines
- Maintain shelf location for goods using in-house software
- Handle steel components/products with forklift and by hand
- Move goods around the warehouse
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining expected standards of safety and housekeeping
- Regularly participate in inventory (cycle counts and ensure that part numbers are relevant and maintained in stock location in the store)
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight
Future opportunities within the group may also present for the right candidate.
The Right Person
- Formal training, i.e. Cert III in Warehouse Operations (or similar) would be well regarded but not essential
- Previous stores experience within manufacturing, materials handling or mining organisation
- Rights to work in Australia
- Forklift licence
