About the role
As a manager in Infrastructure, you will, together with your team, be a part of our Facility Design area – an across‑cultural team employing around 250 employees and consultants working closely together with our colleagues located in India. We are expanding our organization quite heavily and look forward to you join the team and bring your ideas and leadership to the table.
How you might spend your days
- An integrated member of the Facility Design Management team and participate in defining and implementing our strategic goals.
- Working with our project managers and sales force to assure resources and competencies on projects. Responsible for developing competencies, tools, and design methodologies within Infrastructure.
- In direct reference for approx. 15 employees/consultants specialized in design, specifications, tender preparation, and supervision of underground services, e.g. water, steam, and drainage systems as well as excavations.
- Spending and challenging projects to stay in touch with technical developments within the discipline and the NNE way of working.

What you bring to the role
- You have a degree in Civil Engineering or similar and a minimum of ten years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
- You have experience with engineering projects in the industrial or life‑science sectors.
