About Us
Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres(ELCs).
The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools, ELCs and the CEO through seven Service Areas. These Service Areas include: Education and Performance Improvement; Catholic Identity; School and Family Services; Strategy and Special Projects; Finance and Infrastructure; Information and Communication Technology; and People and Culture.
About the Role
The ICT Operations Manager is responsible for the effective delivery and ongoing improvement of IT services across the organisation. This role oversees IT service management processes, technical support operations, and hardware lifecycle programs, while working closely with other functional teams within ICT to ensure technology services are reliable, secure, and fit for purpose.
About the Team
The ICT Operations Manager is part of a large and well-structured team of ICT professionals and supports CEO and school staff across the Archdiocese to ensure ease of access to essential information and sites. The ICT Operations works the ICT team Cyber Security,
Service Delivery and Enterprise Technology to ensure the best experience for all CECG staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, relevant professional qualification, or equivalent experience in an Information Technology related role.
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration and NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Driver’s Licence.
