We’re searching for a Full-Time Sous Chef specialising in Asian cuisine who is an all-rounder in Asian cuisine – someone with experience across curries, dumplings , Chinese wok techniques, Japanese dishes, and Vietnamese flavours – to join our dynamic culinary team.

What are your responsibilities?

As our Sous Chef (Asian Cuisine), you will help drive an energetic, high-quality kitchen. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Cooking across multiple Asian cuisines – including curries, dumplings, wok dishes, Japanese and Vietnamese plates
- Staff training, leadership and rostering
- Assisting with menu development and creative dish innovation
- Ordering, inventory control and stocktake
- Maintaining high standards of consistency, hygiene and food safety
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily operations
- Bringing passion, flavour and authenticity to every plate

What We Are Looking For

- Strong, hands-on experience across a variety of Asian cuisines (curries, dumplings, Chinese woks, Japanese, Vietnamese) is essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef
- A love for flavour, creativity and bold culinary ideas
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- A positive team player with excellent communication
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail




- A passion for quality ingredients and the craft of cooking
