Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience. The Meat & Wine Co is a full service, casual fine dining steakhouse that specialises in dry-aging steaks and has an impressive wine selection.
Our Circular Quay restaurant is seeking Bartenders to join the team - 20-38 hours available, part time and casual award rates + penalties.

What we are looking for:

- Previous A La Carte restaurant bar/ bar experience
- A valid RSA
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- A solid understanding of wine and its service
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster,
including nights, weekends and public holidays.
