Job Description
As People Services Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and supervise a team of three, ensuring key deliverables are met and providing coaching and development.
- Collaborate with two other team leaders to align processes and deliver consistent HR services across the business.
- Oversee HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee change requests.
- Ensure compliance with industrial agreements and internal policies.
- Prepare monthly reports and support HR Business Partners with data and insights.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to new HR initiatives in 2026.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HRIS and payroll systems.
The Successful Applicant
- Min 2 years of experience as HR Team Lead
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in process improvement and system integration.
- You're immediately available
- You have experience with Australian labor law
