Food & Beverage Supervisor QLD – Civeo Australia
We have exciting opportunities for experienced Dining / Kitchen Supervisors to join our Operations team in the Bowen Basin.
Responsibilities
- Hands‑on leadership role supervising the team of General Assistants within the dining room and crib area to drive continuous improvement to our food service for a high degree of guest satisfaction.
- Permanent full‑time role on a 14‑7 roster, Drive in, Drive out.
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in onsite accommodation or the hotel space.
- Experience in high volume, rapid‑paced work environments.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Passion for training and developing staff.
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team.
- A good eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Remote work experience (highly regarded).
- Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence (highly regarded).
