SkrivSikkert is an AI-powered writing assistant helping people with dyslexia write with confidence. Since launching in 2023, we've grown to 60,000+ monthly users, won the Danish Dyslexia Award, and earned recommendations from the Danish Dyslexia Association and educational institutions across Denmark.
The Role
We're looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale globally. You'll own our email marketing and shape the messaging for our English expansion, working directly with our founder to convert free users into paying customers.
This isn't a typical marketing role. You'll have the freedom to experiment, the autonomy to make decisions, and the opportunity to build our marketing function from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Design and execute email campaigns that convert free users to paid subscribers
- Write compelling copy for our English website that resonates with international users
- Develop and test growth strategies across paid and organic channels
- Analyze user behavior and conversion data to identify opportunities
- Come up with creative ideas to reach new users and grow our community
- Shape what will become our marketing department as we grow
What we're looking for
- Strong writing skills in English
- Experience with email marketing and conversion optimization
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Data-driven mindset – you test, measure, and iterate
- Excited about working at an early-stage startup where you can make real impact
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS, B2C products, or accessibility/mission-driven companies
