Umiya Investments (Metro) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fast Food Manager to manage and oversee the daily operations of our busy fast food retail establishments located in NSW locations of Lakemba, Canterbury and Belmore.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kebab Shop Manager to lead the operations of our fast-paced food outlet. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and driving business growth.

An ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Management, Business, or in a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience. You must display problem solving skills, leadership qualities and a passion for providing superior customer service.

These full-time roles carries a salary range of $74,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation.

Key Tasks include:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with Australian food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock control
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Analyse and manage food and labour costs to meet financial targets
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
