About the Role
We’re seeking a Locum Emergency Medicine Registrar (PGY5) to provide short‑term coverage at a regional hospital in Broken Hill, NSW, on 27 October 2025. You’ll lead the Emergency Department during your shift (2:00pm–12:00am), overseeing patient care and supporting the delivery of high‑quality services across a broad range of presentations. The hospital recently underwent significant redevelopment, offering upgraded facilities and a modern working environment.

About You
- Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration
- Active listener and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated high standard of oral,
written and interpersonal communication skills, time management and organisation to ensure effective teamwork
- Current police check
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand citizenship required
