About The Role
As Branch Manager for our Dandenong branch, you will be a natural leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, nurturing an open work culture in line with our values. You will work closely with your team to ensure exceptional service to customers, the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia.

- Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long‑term working relationships.
- Coach, lead and communicate key priorities to your team to create an inclusive culture and build high levels of engagement.
- Direct branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets.
- Champion an already strong safety culture.
