ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experience Teacher with the skills to lead Ballarat Fidelity Club's Early Learning Centre.
As an ECKA employee,
you will utilise the latest research and evidence to implement effective practices and create meaningful educational experiences for the children in your care. You are passionate about providing high-quality education that supports the learning and development of every child.

Desired Skills and Experience
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Qualified Early Childhood Teacher with current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to provide high quality education and care experiences in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Demonstrate passion for Early Childhood Education where you approach your work withpositivity
- Demonstrated high level communication skills to ensure kind and co-operative relationships with staff, families and community.
