This is an independent role, supported by GroutPro Head Office where:
If you're employed on a full-time basis, you are supplied with a van, fuel, tools, equipment, products, training and whatever overtime is needed to get the job done.
It you're taken on as a sub-contractor, we will pay you according to what you need us to provide versus what you can provide yourself (van, tools, equipment, products, training).
This role is suited to experienced wall & floor tilers with or without formal qualifications. You will be performing a range of services including full re-tiling projects, as well as maintenance tiling primarily in bathrooms and balconies, as well as tile and grout restoration work.
This role requires someone who believes in delivering high quality outcomes and providing first class customer service.
Our specialist GroutPro training, in tile and grout restoration and associated services, performed in both residential and commercial properties throughout Sunshine Coast and surrounds, will be provided. Company owned van and tools will also be supplied.
To be considered for these roles you will need:
Drivers License
Tiling skills and experience
Excellent communication skills and personality
Be well presented as you will be customer facing
A proven track record in delivering top quality work
A desire for stability and job security
An ability to learn new systems and to work within those guidelines
To undergo a National Crime Check to verify your right to work with and around children and vulnerable people
To undergo routine Covid & influenza vaccines
You will be working in both residential and commercial properties – an inherent respect for the property of others is absolutely essential.
This role will mainly be servicing our clients on Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas - ideal for someone living in that region.
If you have experience in caulking, grouting, stripping & sealing, tile cleaning or restoration, detail cleaning, or other building related skills then you may be considered for a non-tiling role.
If you are a tiler looking for lighter and easier work to take the stress off your body, then we'd like to hear from you. If you have tiling experience but no qualifications, we'd also like to heard from you.
You will require training and support - both of which are on offer.
A fair starting rate is on offer and there will be an opportunity for review after your probation period. Substantial overtime is also available, paid at normal overtime rates.
