Project Manager – Commercial & Retail
Location: Brisbane
Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 + Super
Type: Full-time | Permanent | WFH Flexibility
Start: Pre-Christmas or Jan/Feb
About the Role
A Project Manager is required to deliver commercial and retail projects with the added advantage of residential exposure. This role offers autonomy across procurement, delivery, and handover, with strong collaboration across design, consultants and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, delivery and handover
- Coordinate site teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Oversee program, cost, risk quality outcomes
- Review progress claims, variations and reporting
- Ensure WHS, compliance and authority requirements are met
- Engage with developers, tenants and authorities throughout project lifecycle
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial/retail
- Residential or mixed-use exposure advantageous
- Robust technical understanding of construction methodologies
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management
