Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; CPEng, NER, or Engineers Australia registration.
- 6–10+ years in structural engineering, with a focus on high‑rise, commercial, or mixed‑use projects in the Australian market.
- Proficiency in structural design (concrete, steel), software (e.g., ETABS, RAM), and knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC.
- Experience managing projects, mentoring teams, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication skills, problem‑solving, and innovation in design solutions.
