The Role
As Full Time Primary Products QA Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring food safety, product quality, and compliance within our production environment. This hands-on role involves daily checks, audits, calibrations, and supporting the production team to maintain the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform operational checks (pH, temperature, MAP, sensory evaluations).
- Daily calibration of scales, pH meters, probes, and x-ray machines.
- Review and verify production paperwork.
- Conduct chemical concentration checks and sensory assessments.
- Environmental testing (ATP, allergen, Listeria swabs).
- Investigate and report quality issues, ensuring corrective actions.
- Support GMP and food safety compliance across all departments.
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate/Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in food manufacturing QA/QC.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $76,550.00 – $80,000.00 per year
