The successful applicant will have 3 years fine dining experience.
We are seeking an experienced junior Sommelier to continue to develop and curate the beverage list to be diverse, clever and yet approachable to the broad tastes of our diners.
The successful applicant will have 2 years sommelier experience with WSET level 3 qualifications.
Working with a wine consultant, you will be in charge of curating the beverage list, managing inventory, and enhancing the wine service in the lounge and dining room. With the support of the wine consultant,
you will develop a wine training program for staff and work with the Beverage Manager and Chefs to continuously update and refine the matching drinks options for the tasting menus.
As we are a small team we are seeking someone that can demonstrate initiative and use their exceptional customer service to support the rest of the front of house with service. Pay: $76,515.00 - $77,000.00 per year
