**The Position**:
Are you a payroll professional who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement? Join our People, Culture & Communications team as a **Payroll Lead**, where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless payroll operations for a dynamic, multi-state workforce.

- **Collaborative Workplace**: Work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations to support business performance and employee experience.
**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver accurate, timely weekly payroll and manage all statutory obligations.
- Maintain and optimise Employment Hero Payroll and its integration with Xero.
- Provide insights through payroll reporting for labour forecasting, project costing, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards, and ATO requirements.
- Support WGEA reporting and internal/external audits.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 5 years’ payroll experience (construction industry experience highly desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and award interpretation.
- Experience with Employment Hero Payroll and Xero preferred.
- High-level Excel and data analysis skills.
- Certificate IV in Payroll, HR, Accounting or similar desirable.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
