Two new brands are joining CARCO, and we are looking for a motivated, career-focused and hands-on **New Vehicles Sales Manager** to lead the way. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a well-established dual-franchise team representing Mitsubishi and Suzuki, driving performance, customer satisfaction and growth from day one.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will oversee all activities relating to the sale of new vehicles while providing strong leadership to your team. You will drive performance, profitability and an exceptional customer experience across both brands. You will also take full accountability for ensuring manufacturer and dealership volume and profit targets are not only achieved but surpassed.
**YOU**:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Entrepreneurial and highly professional, with a proven record of surpassing targets
- Focused on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- An excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A solid leader with the ability to mentor,
motivate and develop staff
- Someone who leads by example with confidence, enthusiasm and drive
- Experienced - previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager or extensive dealership Sales Consultant background is essential
- Fully licensed (WA driver’s licence & Motor Vehicle Sales Licence required)
