Midland Toyota, a leading automotive dealership in the heart of Midland, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team.

Role
To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the relevant staff and managers. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard
Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management
You
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Solid organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to handle multiple guest enquiries simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including appointment management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording guest information and service requests.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Experience in a Dealership Receptionist role is preferred
