**Job description**
Coupers Real Estate Broadbeach is an award-winning, fast-growing, real estate agency.
Coupers Real Estate is seeking to grow high-achieving Airbnb host to assist in running our well-managed property portfolio. We currently have a vacancy in our Broadbeach Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have excelled in the past and are looking for an organization that can provide long-term, exciting career opportunities.
Our Property Hosts receive:

Tasks include but not limited to
- Property inspections
- Guest communications
- Organising maintenance.
- Airbnb advertising & Communications.
- Airbnb listing updates and setting updates.
- Management forms and notices.
Aplicants are required to have
- Drivers Licence
- Approved working status for Australia.
- Direct experience in the industry or some transferable experience in the Hotel accomodation industry.
We use the latest resources in our industry, market leading processes and efficient software so you can be assured that only the best tools are used.
We are looking for top performing communicators with a proven track record, someone who has a focus on providing world class service!
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
