Monday to Friday only – no weekends + one day WFH!

- Inspections, admin, and leasing support provided – focus on relationship management!
- 1 day WFH available after 6‑month probation
- Salary: $95,200–$100,800 + generous commissions (OTE up to $140,000+)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Management of a well-maintained portfolio
- Relationship-focused property management with strong support
- Working alongside a structured team with clear processes
- Using up-to-date systems: PropertyMe, IRE, Airtable
- Delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while enjoying a healthy work‑life balance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing residential property portfolios (1–2 years+)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a structured, high‑performing environment
- Current real estate licence and reliable vehicle
