About the role
This is an out of office focused position where no two days are ever the same. You will enjoy a mix of independence and teamwork while being supported by highly experienced senior property managers and directors.
Your day may include
• Conducting routine inspections and entry and exit reports for some of Brisbane’s most prestigious rental homes
• Meeting recent people every day and delivering exceptional customer service
• Assisting with open homes and private viewings
• Liaising with tenants, owners and trades to ensure a seamless property management experience
• Supporting the team with administration and compliance tasks
• Exposure to luxury leasing,
premium clientele and high level service standards
What we are looking for
• A positive and professional attitude with a genuine interest in real estate
• Strong communication skills and confidence in meeting people
• Self motivation with the ability to work both independently and within a high performing team
• Attention to detail and a desire to learn
• Experience with Property Me is preferred
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential
• A current drivers licence and reliable car
