We have a position available to work alongside the owners on Glengallan Station, Warwick, Qld.
Glengallan is located 10kms north of Warwick, SE Qld, which is a large country town with great schools and all the modern facilities.
A position has become available for a second-in-charge Assistant Manager with experience in row cropping - corn & sorghum - broadacre winter cereals and irrigated lucerne hay production under centre pivots. There would also be some livestock work and general all round farm duties.
You would need to have a mature attitude, have the ability to work unsupervised, as well as be part of our team. This is a HANDS-ON position. You would be operating up-to-date machinery including GPS equipped self-propelled spray rig,
tractors up to 500HP, precision planters, hay and harvest equipment etc. An MC heavy vehicle licence would be desirable as we have our own fleet of trucks to transport our farm commodities as well as some Ag machinery transport.
