At Tashacare, we’re looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step into leadership. This full-time Deputy Allied Health Manager role offers the perfect blend of strategic leadership and hands-on clinical work, with a manageable caseload of 15 billable hours per week.

You’ll support a growing multidisciplinary team, lead key projects, and help shape service quality and clinical processes—while still doing the client work you love.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead up to 3 direct reports and support up to 15 team members
- Maintain a small, meaningful caseload (15 billable hours/week)
- Mentor emerging clinicians and oversee student placements
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals
- Step in for the Allied Health Manager when needed
- Drive team performance, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives

About You

- Bachelor/Masters in Speech Pathology + current registration
- 5+ years’ experience in community-based practice
- Proven leadership or team coordination experience
- Robust operational mindset (scheduling, risk management, quality improvement)
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
