• Manage a diverse portfolio of Regional & Agribusiness customers and lead business growth strategy
• Grow your networks and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Open to candidates who are either at senior level, or developing and ready to take the next step in their relationship banking career

YOU | As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Regional & Agribusiness Banking industry and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing Australian businesses. Ideally you will also possess:

• Experience in a similar Business Banking or Relationship Management role
• Ability to build rapport with an understanding of Business Development strategies
• Understanding of business needs and attitudes of Commercial and Agribusiness Baking customers
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders

THE ROLE | In this role, you will manage a key portfolio of Regional Commercial and Agribusiness clients,



working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders both within the business and externally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The portfolio is diverse, offering exposure to a variety of industries and business structures. You will be supported by a skilled analytical team, allowing you to focus on building and deepening client relationships. This role is suited to an experienced Banker with a robust end-to-end relationship management skill set, a proactive approach, and an ambitious mindset. However, consideration will be given to a developing relationship manager with the will to succeed.
