The Why:In this role you will manage the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Ubank’s home lending portfolio across both Direct Lending (B2C) and Broker (B2B). This role ensures cohesive strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion for Ubank’s home lending products among both audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using data and insight, develop compelling marketing strategies and value propositions that effectively grow the awareness consideration and conversion of customers and brokers to Ubanks home lending products.
- Work with in-house brand and performance teams and external agencies to facilitate campaign planning, media buying and campaign delivery against key targets and performance measures.
- Work closely with the studio team to deliver best in class creative that promotes the Ubank Home Loan brand, is true to the advertising platform and delivers superior customer acquisition results.
- Optimise the borrower journey for home lending from first impression through to settlement, ensuring the experience is being consistently optimised to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Leverage data insights to identify opportunities to improve the performance of the funnel (for both customer and broker audiences) bringing together teams across the business to ideate and implement solutions.
- Support the design and execution of the ‘go to market’ strategy for new products and features across Lending including rate updates.
- Support Broker event management ensuring a strong engagement model before, during and after the event,
working alongside the Head of Broker and BDM team to deliver a consistent and clear Ubank presence
Your Experience:
- 5+ years in marketing roles, with exposure to both B2C and B2B strategies, ideally within financial services or lending.
- Have a robust grounding in building outstanding marketing strategies, and what it takes to bring these to life
- Have worked “on the tools” building and delivering campaigns across paid, organic and customer channels. You’ll be happy working somewhere with a high degree of autonomy, ambiguity and agility to get things done.
- Proven track record in campaign management, event strategy, and sales enablement.
- Experience in coaching and developing junior team members.
- Experience in managing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes
