Job DescriptionThe Strategic Solutions Specialist - is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer solutions within the Road Express business unit. This role requires a energetic and motivated individual who can identify customer needs, present effective solutions, and build long-lasting relationships.
The Sales Solutions Specialist will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Work directly with Sales Teams on new business and growth opportunities.
- Conduct portfolio reviews with Account Managers to uncover New Business, growth & cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead product training & coaching on existing services and roll out of new services.
- Support ongoing training and development with Sales Teams.
- Attend customer meetings/reviews with Sales as an Industry Specialist and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients when required.
- Establish competitor/market information and report market activities and insights to management.
- Build and maintain relationships between Pricing, Operations, Product to support across all sales business units, Strategic, Mid-Market, Inside Sales, Business Development
- Contribute to the future strategy for specified products, product development, insights, pilot programs
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Ensure solutions are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Monitor the implementation process to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Experience working with customers who utilise the specific product.
- Industry knowledge and understanding of Courier solutions
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
- Negotiating skills to be able to negotiate priorities and deadlines.
- Influencing skills to convince customers and internal teams to pursue, prioritise and implement solutions.
- Communication and presentation skills
- High level interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communications
-- Team player who is willing to support others and willing to ask for senior management support when needed
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Education**:Degree Qualified in Business / Logistics / Sales or Marketing discipline or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:5+ years of sales solutions experience.-
