Job Description

Reporting directly to the Senior Supply Planner, the Order Book Specialist will be responsible for forecasting Sales and Margin by Channel for the Oceania region to ensure that the business has an actionable and effective Merchandise Plan to achieve forecasted sales targets.

Day-to-day function will see you maintaining stock health in the Wholesale channel whilst supporting availability to cross functional teams, Launch Planning and Supply Planning processes.

So, what goes into making that happen?

· Weekly reporting to the business for each season’s order book and On Time Availability for each Product Launch

·Effective maintenance of Order Book to ensure best availability in line with set launch dates

· Presenting to key senior stakeholders at monthly Sales and Marketing meetings

· Supporting Supply Planning by aligning the Order Book with PO Segmentation and Delivery capability, reviewing and adjusting the Order Book with any required adjustments, and conducting Operations forecasts to the operations team to support with volume planning in the warehouse.

· Providing insights and analysis on weekly reporting and presentations of OBM Metrics and OBM rules, driving outcomes to improve the capability and influencing the Order Book processes across Sales, Customer Services and Planning Teams.

That’s enough about us! Here’s what we hope to see from you:

· Similar experience in a role within Customer Service or a vendor environment with a specialisation in Order Books

· Ability to communicate and influence key senior stakeholders as well as demonstrated commercial acumen

· Ability to effectively meet tight deadlines with a high level of initiative, enthusiasm and self-motivation

· Confidence in a broad range of software packages (Microsoft Office intermediate level, including Excel, Word and Outlook) and google programs (such as mail, drive and sheets
