We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing personalized support to participants in the community—helping them build independence, access social activities, and achieve their personal goals.
You’ll assist a adult — supporting their independence, access to community, and personal development.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support with community access, and recreational activities
- Promote healthy habits
About You:
- Professional, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
- Experienced in disability or community care
- Adaptable and available multiple days per week
- Driver’s licence and car insurance
Required:
- First Aid Certification
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Australian work rights
Job Types: Casual,
Contract
Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Cessnock, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
