What the role is
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable experienced soil technician, based at our Sunshine Coast laboratory. The positions consist of hands-on testing, analytical assessment on data and or the preparation of test reports.
You will work closely with our Laboratory Manager and Senior staff and will be trained to perform soil & concrete testing in accordance with relevant Australian and Main Roads standards.
About you
The successful candidates will possess:
- At least 4 years’ experience in soil, aggregate, rock, grout and concrete testing in accordance with Australian and Main Roads test methods (NSW & QLD);
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence;
- Hold a White Card and Nuclear Gauge Licence
- A high level of initiative, flexibility and enthusiasm and be a team player;
- Excellent communication skills, motivation and commitment to deliver work to the highest standard;
- Understand the importance of integrity and honesty in the workplace.
