We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Sales Administrator to support our growing Project & Development team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Development Manager to keep projects running smoothly, ensure documentation is accurate, assist with marketing tasks, and support development-related administration across multiple projects.

What Success Looks Like for You
- Provide reliable administrative support to the Project team, ensuring all project and sales documents are prepared accurately and on time.
- Keep project information up to date — including price sheets, sales trackers, milestone updates, and system entries.
- Draft and organise marketing materials — including eDMs, signage, and project packs — ensuring everything approved and scheduled with attention to detail.
- Assist with updating listings and project details across platforms like REA and Mapovis as milestones occur.
- Monitor shared inboxes, action enquiries promptly, and support smooth communication across the team.
- Help with marketing research tasks to support project planning and decision-making.
- Maintain schedules for claims and invoices to ensure all records are accurate and current.
- Support any project-related events by assisting with planning, set-up and coordination.
- Track deposit timelines and follow up where needed to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

- Exceptional organisational skills and a love for accuracy and detail
- Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and professional
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, follow systems & processes and deadlines in a project-driven setting
- A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs, not just respond to them
- Experience in real estate administration, property development, or project coordination
- High competency with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM/project systems
- A positive attitude, strong initiative, and a genuine desire to grow within the property industry
