About the Role
We’re looking for compassionate and committed Care/Support Workers to join our North Coast team in Kew & Surrounding Suburbs
You’ll support people to live safely and independently in their homes, offering help that makes a real difference. You'll also enjoy variety, flexible schedule and meaningful work close to home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Transport to appointments or social outings
- Companionship and emotional support
Who We’re Looking For
You are:
- Compassionate, reliable and proactive
- A great communicator and active listener
- Someone who takes initiative and works well independently
- Seeking a support worker who is flexible and passionate about helping clients in the community
- Comfortable travelling to multiple clients' homes in the region for the shorter shifts. Ideally,
we are looking for someone who values a healthy work-life balance and is available to work flexibly as opportunities arise.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
- Working With Children Check and Blue Card
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination (as required by health regulations)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
