The Opportunity
We have an exciting full-time chance for a motivated and technically minded individual to join our Fire Suppression division as an Inside Sales Specialist. This role is perfect for someone seeking a challenging and rewarding career in Sales Engineering.
In this Internal Sales position, you will provide fire suppression products and solutions to our valued customers, playing a key role in driving our company’s success and contributing ideas to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert product support and guidance to resellers and end-users
- Prepare quotes, respond to technical queries, and offer troubleshooting assistance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for ongoing business growth
- Participate in marketing and business development activities to drive brand awareness and expand accounts
What We’re Looking For
- A Trade or Technical qualification OR a strong passion for Sales Engineering and Fire Suppression
- Recent graduate engineers keen to kick-start a sales career are encouraged to apply
- Confident, proactive, and excited by new challenges
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
