About the Roles – Project Field Work
Ready for a change of pace and a chance to work on something big? We’re recruiting Soil Testing Technicians based in Sydney for long-term field work supporting a significant infrastructure project two hours south of the city. You’ll work Monday to Friday/Saturday, enjoy camp-style accommodation and travel provided, and benefit from consistent hours and great earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Field-based soil testing for a major long-term civil infrastructure project
- Mentor and support Trainees (for experienced technicians)
- Maintain accurate records, results, and documentation

What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience as a CMT Technician (soils)
- Reliable, team-focused, and safety-driven
- Manual driver’s licence preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Must be Australian/NZ citizen, PR, or unrestricted visa holder living in Australia
