Who you are:
- You have excellent communication skills and can build positive,
lasting relationships with our costumers.
- You enjoy and understand art, beauty, aesthetic and different cultures.
- You are adaptable and hard-working.
- Most of all, you are kind, friendly, joyful, professional and can adapt to interact with a wide variety of personalities.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience has a barista
- Maintaining high quality product standards through brewing and selling coffee
- Foster lasting customer relationships
- Know how to make high quality coffee
- Know how to make latte art
- Maintain a clean and approachable environment
