About the role
As our next Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be the right-hand support to the Branch Manager and a key player in creating a positive, safe, and high-performing team environment. You’ll help lead the crew, coach team members, and keep operations running like a well-oiled machine.
In this role, you will:
- Step up and lead the branch when the Branch Manager is away.
- Drive effective front desk operations and ensure admin tasks meet QOM standards.
- Supervise equipment maintenance and maintain workshop standards so our gear is always customer-ready.
- Support opening and closing duties as needed.
- Embrace ongoing training to grow your leadership and technical skills.
- Rostering and supervising team members to keep everything moving efficiently.
About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- Experience in retail sales or leadership — ideally from trade, hardware, or a similar hands-on environment.
- A solid track record in coaching, people management and improving team performance.
- Top-notch customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong communication skills and confidence using technology.
- A team-first mindset and unwavering commitment to safety.
