The Opportunity

You will be responsible for planning and directing daily field operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in line with contract KPIs and obligations.
In this role, you will supervise staff, monitor performance, manage equipment and logistics, support reporting requirements, and maintain robust relationships with internal teams, client stakeholders, and the public.

About You
- Relevant industry experience, ideally in meter reading or metering services
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Supervisory and people management experience
- Strong understanding of safety requirements and commitment to Zero Harm
- Experience monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and supporting staff welfare
- Strong time management, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, calm under pressure, and focused on continual improvement
