Clinic Administrator – Join Our Award-Winning Team
Location: Warner & Narangba (North Brisbane)
Hours: Casual ~10 + hrs/week | Flexibility across Mon–Fri / Potential to become permanent part-time to full-time for the right candidate.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + super | Negotiable based on experience

We're seeking an energetic and organised Clinic Administrator to support day-to-day operations at our busy physiotherapy clinics. If you take pride in your work, enjoy variety, and can juggle tasks with a smile, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and manage bookings with warmth and efficiency
- Answer phones, emails, and support basic NDIS workflows
- Process payments and manage front-desk administration
- Keep our clinic space clean, tidy, and client-ready
- Assist clinicians with scanning, uploading, and basic invoicing
- Occasionally support social media and clinic promotions
What We're Looking For:
- Confident using Apple computers, email, and phone systems
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability (across mornings, afternoons, and evenings)
- Ability to travel between Warner and Narangba if required
- Previous admin or health receptionist experience preferred but not essential – we’ll train the right person!
